Support Services

We can offer remote general software and network management support through our remote access facilities. This is priced on your specific requirements, and is based on factors such as the number of PCs/users you have, whether you have anyone onsite who can handle basic technical queries, and the complexity of your network and software environment.

For instance, for a standard 10 user network, the price is £250 + VAT per month.

You can also use our support on an ad-hoc basis, at £60 + VAT per hour (minimum time 1 hour).

We can also quote for services such as off-site backup facilities etc.

Note that we do not currently do on-site support, but the majority of support tasks can be done remotely. We can do PC hardware maintenance and upgrades, but the PC needs to be shipped to/from us. We can arrange and quote for this if you require it.
